Are you a factory or a trading company?
Neither. We are an independent sourcing and inspection partner working for the buyer. We do not own production and we do not resell goods, so we have no reason to push you toward one factory over another.
How do I know the factory is real before I pay?
You receive the business license, public credit record, dated on-site photos and a video walkthrough before any deposit. You can also join a live video call and ask the factory questions yourself.
How are you paid — and do you take factory commission?
A service fee is charged to you, agreed in writing before the order starts. We do not accept kickbacks or hidden markups from factories, which is exactly why our supplier advice stays neutral.
Which port will my goods ship from?
Whichever port gives you the best total landed cost — Yantian, Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao, Xiamen, Nansha or Tianjin. We compare inland transport, port charges and sailing schedule before booking, and you approve the route.
What happens if the goods fail inspection?
We hold the shipment and send you the evidence with options: rework, price reduction or refund. The balance payment is released only after inspection passes — so you keep leverage until the goods are right.
Can you handle small trial orders?
Yes, and we recommend starting there. A small trial order lets you test both the factory and our inspection process before committing budget to a container.
